Double Wides
All of our double wide models come standard with 6 windows, 2 man doors, house wrap, Hurricane clips, 2x6 rafters, and 2x6 floor joists.
Additional 32x50 windows can be added for a cost of $450 per window. Additional doors can be added for a cost of $450 per door. French doors will include a cost of $1,800.
Siding color choices include the following: White, Birchwood, Clay, Sandalwood, Sage, Mt. Berry, Nightfall, Sea Slate, Cream, Granite, Pewter.
Other siding colors are available but there will be a 2 week turnaround time to order the extra colors.
